The leaves are starting to turn, there’s a bit of a chill to the air… and it’s time to change up your meals!


It’s easy to get into a rut when it comes to cooking (and eating!), but by changing up our eating based on the season, it prevents those stagnant habits. Eating seasonally has loads of health benefits; it’s the way we humans were made to eat after all. But, I won’t get into that here. Just know that this menu plan is 7 days full of simple, but delicious, fall flavours. I’ve included:

  • Winter squash
  • Pumpkin
  • Root Veggies
  • The last berries of the season
  • Plums

…And that’s not to mention the warming spices, and comfort foods.


Each day includes:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • 3 snacks
