Culinary Nutrition Expert Program

Since graduating as a Holistic Nutritionist in 2010, I have continued to upgrade my education yearly. I’ve often joked I wish “professional student” was an actual job title.
I’ve followed Meghan Telpner, the Academy Director, since I met her as an after-school guest speaker in 2009 while I was studying Holistic Nutrition. She had recently graduated, and was promoting her retreats in St. Lucia – along with the concept of following your own vision. I loved how happy and passionate she seemed, and from that moment I was drawn in to her world. While following her blog, I enjoyed how fun she could be, while also being completely professional and well-researched.
She has built an incredible business over the last 8 years – and the Culinary Nutrition Expert program is a big part of it. Needless to say; the program intrigued me. So, in 2014 I enrolled as an ACN student. At the time, I had an almost 2-year-old at home, and was stuck in a bit of a rut when it came to cooking. With its weekly cooking assignments, this was the perfect program to shake things up! I went through the 14-week program and was consistently impressed with how organized and professional it was.
This was truly a program for anyone. I personally loved it because it helped me get out of my cooking rut, while also giving me tools to consider in improving my own businesses. Others in my “class” loved it because they’d never heard about nutrition from this perspective before, and they learned more than they imagined they could.
Whether you use the Culinary Nutrition Expert program simply to create healthier meals for you and your family, to continue to build on previous nutrition training, or to kick-start a career in the field – I highly recommend the program!
For anyone who joins the Culinary Nutrition Expert program using my affiliate link, I offer a free one-hour coaching session during the semester. If you have any questions about my experience, or the CNE program itself – you can contact me here.
